Avvashya CCI to offer customised chemical warehousing solutions for SME in Gujarat .

Surat, April 25, 2018: Avvashya CCI Logistics Private Ltd. (ACCI), a subsidiary of Allcargo Logistics Ltd. today announced that in order to meet growing demand from Gujarat-based SME and MSE companies. it will offer complete end-to-end solutions in chemical logistics and warehousing solutions for these companies. Third-party logistics management plays a crucial role in the chemical industry, where the providers who store and transport these products have to adhere to a complex web of ever-changing government regulations aimed at minimizing the hazards for workers and the general public who might be affected in the event of an accident.

These produce over 6500 chemicals and petrochemicals. There is a huge potential and thus an important market for ACCI. The SME and the MSME segment are expected to significantly contribute to ACCI’s aggressive growth story.”
The facilities in Gujarat will offer services of import/ export consolidation, CHA services and DPD / CFS services for EXIM cargo. The warehouses will also be temperature controlled, customs and excise bonded with all the necessary compliance to SHE norms. It will also offer value-added services such as export packaging, sampling process, palletization, re-packaging, labeling / re-labeling, stretch wrapping and shrink wrapping.
“Safety and compliance are critical in the chemical warehousing industry. Our technology-enabled state of the art facility and global standards of safety compliance have made us a preferred logistics partner in this industry,” he added.
ACCI is a pioneer in chemical warehousing industry with presence in strategic locations including Panvel, Mumbai, where its facility spread measures up to 7 lac sq. ft.
The state of Gujarat accounts for 62 % of India’s petrochemical production, 35% of other chemicals production and 18% of India’s chemical exports. The state has also taken the lead to promote environment friendly practices through effluent plant treatment.
